Seekers can either post demand of ideal home, which agents respond to if there's a match, or browse recommended homes by owners based on location search, while consulting with local experts for tips to learn of a new neighborhood. The home search experience can be a daunting task. If you were like many professionals not enthused by the unpleasant experience, you will understand our mission with NuPad: To create a personal-approach and experience to home searching. How home searching works: For Seekers: Post demand of ideal home or browse recommended homes by owners. Tap a listing of interest to reveal owners and details, post on their wall for interest. For Owners: Recommend your home by uploading a photo and terms of home. Seekers post on your wall for interest. Respond to your favorite. Join other professionals using a different approach to home renting.
